Job Overview

Orange Memo Careers is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. The Sales Reps will be responsible for promoting our products and services, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping individuals advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote Products and Services:

  • Market and sell Orange Memo Careers’ suite of products and services.
  • Present and offer our workshops and sessions to potential clients.

2. Conduct Initial Career Counseling Sessions:

  • Provide complimentary career counseling and CV review sessions to interested participants.
  • Offer personalized guidance and support to clients.

3. Lead Generation and Follow-up:

  • Use the CRM to identify and connect with the right contact persons.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and promotions.

4. Client Presentations and Sales:

  • Conduct presentations to potential clients to sell our products and services.
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets as outlined during training.

5. Weekly Feedback and Training:

  • Attend weekly feedback meetings to provide updates on sales activities and receive further training.
  • Collaborate with the team and share best practices.

6. Independence and Teamwork:

  • Work independently to manage sales activities and meet targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members.

Key Requirements and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is not necessary; prior experience in sales will be considered.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or career services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Own laptop and smartphone.
  • Own transport required.
  • Stable internet connection.
  • Able to attend training sessions.
  • Hybrid Position (may be required to come to the office at least once a week).
